Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing and growing relationships with healthcare organizations across Israel, and potentially abroad. You will ensure seamless transitions from sales to operational implementation and build long-term strategic partnerships that drive value for both Briya and our partners.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, data management, and technology implementation.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling, managing technical projects, and fostering strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams and understand technical processes.

Job responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions post-sales, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate various collaborative technical projects with healthcare organizations, working closely with internal and client teams.
  • Upselling and Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell Briya's internal tools and services, and promote the expansion of integrations to additional systems within client organizations.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focusing on long-term client success and value creation, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with the company's products or services, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Technical Support Oversight: Provide high-quality assistance to the clients and monitor and manage client tickets and requests, ensuring the support teams meets service standards and handle issues promptly.
  • Data Collaboration Development: Identify lucrative data commercial opportunities for the partners on Briya network, and collaborate with Research Managers and Data Analysts from the Delivery Department to promote and execute commercial opportunities for data collaborations with life sciences.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for healthcare partners to maximize the adoption and utilization of Briya’s tools and solutions.
  • Onboarding Oversight: Stay informed during the technical onboarding and system implementation processes managed by the Tech Ops department to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.

As a Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing our data platforms and build scalable and robust data systems that handle health data. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our data strategy and ensuring the seamless integration and performance of our data infrastructure.  
Job Requirements  
  • 7+ years of proven backend development
  • Experience and proven experience working in a micro-services environment and cloud platforms
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, or Scala.
  • Strong experience with Linux
  • 5+ years experience as a data engineer or a similar role of working with data:
  • Experience with big data technologies and data platforms (e.g. ElasticSearch, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, Trino)
  • Technical expertise with data models, data analytics and processing
  • Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • An enthusiastic self-learner who can confidently embrace new technologies, conduct research to discover innovative solutions, and successfully deliver results
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively manage context switches
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and data analytics or building analytical systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Terraform, Helm)
  • Good understanding of relational DBs internals
  • Strong understanding of Functional programming
Job Responsibilities  
  • Participate in design and architecture of innovative data systems from scratch to production to support Briya’s query and data platform (scalable, reliable, and high-performance data processing)
  • Design, develop and maintain ETL workflows for clinical data sources, EMRs etc. for data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation and for facilitating data query
  • Develop backend services which perform data transformations to standardise data and prepare it for query and research
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, storage, and retrieval.
  • Optimize database performance and query execution in large-scale environments.
  • Analyze raw data and maintain datasets specific to business requirements
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders for assistance in data-based issues (data quality, data accessibility etc.)
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices to continuously improve our technology stack and development processes of backend engineering and big data processing.
